This policy explains what information Vantage Club ("we," "us," "our") collects when you buy a wallpaper bundle, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Email address — required to send you your download link. This is the only personal information we ask for directly.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) collected automatically by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, for security and performance purposes.
We do not require an account, a password, or any information beyond what's needed to complete and deliver your order.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the wallpaper files you purchased, by email
- To respond if you contact us for support
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in somewhere else.
3. Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run the store, each of whom only receives what they need to do their job:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — sending your delivery email
- Cloudflare — hosting, file storage, and security
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep data
Order and payment records are kept as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Download links expire and stop working after 7 days or 5 uses, whichever comes first — the underlying file access is revoked automatically at that point.
5. Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's processed. Email us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Cookies
This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page, hosted on their domain, may set cookies necessary for fraud prevention and payment processing — that's governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
